Track. 6 * (600m, 100m jog, 400m, 200m jog). The idea was to sharpen up, but I didn't feel very sharp at all. Ran the 600s in around 1.54, and 400s around 75. Then ran home with a good group, just like the old days.
RIP Garmin. We've run a lot of miles together, had highs and lows, ups and downs (although you've not measured the climb correctly). But it's all come to an end now.
