Track. 15 * 600m starting every 3 minutes. Still a little tired from the weekend, and it took me a couple of reps to recover from the shock of seeing Oli at the track. Settled into a good rhythm running around 1.54. Struggled through reps 8 to 10, and a lot of people dropped out at 10 leaving just me, Oli, PaulF and Jon Morgan to smash out the rest. Managed to maintain the pace, and felt quite strong all the way through. Plus run to and from work.
