Track. 8 sets of 800m, 100m jog, 200m with 200m jog recovery between sets. Kept the recovery paces honest and ran the 800s in between 2.32 and 2.34, and the 200s in 36. Good session, and running in a group that pulled me along. Plus to and from work.
