Note

End of week 1. Just happy to have run every day, and done a couple of good track sessions. Gradual build up starts next.

Drove out the coast and went running along the beach while Mum & Dad went for a walk. 10 minutes warm up, then 20 * 60/30, 5 mins jog, 10 * ~10 sec dune hill sprints, warm down. Running in a variety of snow, soft sand and hard sand.
