Just writing this week off completely. But this is now the second one in my marathon build up, which was shorter than usual anyway. So the training hasn't gone as smoothly as I would have liked. I think I'm still in decent shape, and I'll see how the next two weeks of taper go before I decide on my final Chicago target.
Went to the gym at the hotel with Emma and tried to max out the treadmill, then did some core work.
