Track. 3 mins, 4 mins, 5 mins, 5 mins, 4 mins, 3 mins with 75 seconds recovery between. A free and easy session, where the reps were around the outside of the track and the surrounding area. Just the type of session I needed. Plus the run from work, and then back home.
