Horrible track session. Felt tired and sluggish right from the off, and just had no pace. 5 * 1k with 200m jog recovery. 3.14, 3.17, 3.18, 3.19, 3.19. At the moment I just can't imagine doing ten of these. Plus from work to track, and then back to work.
