Half marathon training session for Rich. Parked near Fairholmes then ran anti-clockwise around Derwent Reservoir. Average pace of 7 mins / mile to Kings Tree, then 2 miles @ 6 mins / mile, then to the end in 6.30 mins / mile. Good session, and helped cure the hangover.
