Track. Back to it after 3 weeks off and it felt very very hard. 5 * 1km with 1 minute recovery and then 4 * 250m with 50m walk recovery. Glad I got through that as hopefully it won't be mentally as tough next week.

Run from work to track, ran with Jen most of the way. Then from track back home with Oli and Jen. Now it's light we can run along the canal which makes it nicer.
