5x2mins on the main track up Taylor with 1min recoveries back down. Took me perfectly from carpark to trig point :) The steep bits were a bit of a struggle.

Dropped the girls off at Yarralumla nurseries cafe and went for a run around Stirling Ridge and Weston Park. Threw in 12x1min quite hard for good measure. Still quite creaky and out of shape, but feels good doing short sharp runs when time allows.
Too easy to just jog slowly when overly sleepy but thought I should really try to push things a bit, so did 10x1mins around Red Hill. Actually felt ok once I got going.
