Lunch run around trails in Black Mt reserve. Feeling quite stiff - not sure if I loosened off much but did manage to twinge my calf. Better now than 3km into tomorrow though I guess.

6x3mins around the museum and through ANU. Thought I should do some intervals for the first time since WOC what with a few races over the next couple of weekends. Hope it helped because it hurt and I felt rubbish.

Lunch run up Ainslie. Felt ok as I ran up but quite light-headed when I stopped for a breather at the top. Run down was more fun.
