Lovely warm sunny day at the coast so did a fair few short walks to beaches and even had a brief paddle with Florence at one point.

Down at the south coast for the weekend. Quite blustery which made sand castles at pebbly beach a bit iffy. Then did a bit of a bushwalk towards snake beach. Then a short run from our caravan park in south durras. Turned out a fair bit of the track I was planning to run had vanished so I had to bushbash a bit. Felt stiff and tired.

IW via a straightish roady route past the Federal GC and Parlo House.

Steady run around the back of the ANBG and down to the lake.

First go at the Black Mt run-up. Ran reasonably hard but tried to save something in the tank so that I have a chance of improving in later weeks. Legs were still pretty screwed by the end but. A good workout.

Jog to start and back to work from the summit.

Lunch run - was going to plod to Mt Pleasant but bumped into Sam and Ken so ended up running with them around Stirling Park. Nice to have some company.
