Re-ran a red course from a state league at Cooleman. Went pretty well - had a clean run and felt quite good. Hilly course.

2x Taylor up the steep rocky S and W paths. Felt pretty good.

IW with Sam, Jasen and Mark. Cold morning but had gloves and a number of layers. Steady comfortable pace today, which suited me well. Felt quite good and the time flew by chatting all the way. I now have a slightly better grasp of the Bourne family tree too.

Central basin at lunch. Started off as a deferred warm-down from the long on Sunday. However, as it was a nice day and I was feeling quite good on the flat I ended up running at an honest pace.
