Went down to Bermi today. During the afternoon I tried to do a run at Mimosa Rocks NP, but the misread the map scale and had run along all the paths within the first 5mins. Then the beach petered out, so I stubbornly tried to continue along the sea rocks assuming I'd hit another beach at some point. It wasn't happening so I thought instead I'd bushbash inland until I hit the access road. That was pretty rough going. Rubbish run - lots of walking.

Had a long weekend away at Narooma on the South Coast. Took our time getting there today with stops at Phillip, Braidwood and Brou Lake.

Lunch run with Tomas to Red Hill - bit of a mixed bag with some steady, a couple of fast 2.5min intervals, a hill rep, and some orienteering (picking up more night-o tapes). Felt quite good.
