Running 1:20:00 [3] 18.2 km (4:24 / km)
Had a weekend away near Nerriga with Gracie and Florence. Stayed in a lovely B&B (Corang River) in the middle of the bush - new owners so they were trying extra hard. Did a shortish walk from Wog Wog in the afternoon, which was very enjoyable although it drizzled a bit. Then checked into the B&B and did a run on firetrails towards Nerriga. Grace picked me up on the road and we carried onto the pub for some good grub and beer in a proper Aussie country pub. Enjoyable.
The run itself was good - fairly flat firetrails and nice forest (although not a lot of views), so I ran reasonably quickly. Pretty cool but must've been humid as I sweated buckets. Technically some of it was through private land but these were pretty remote firetrails leading to national park and nothing else, so I didn't feel bad.
