Running 1:07:00 [3] 13.5 km (4:58 / km)

Morning run from Kambah Pool with Tomas. We went up Urambi Hills first and back along the Murrumbidgee. Tomas made me do a 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 pyramid intervals session. Didn't have any speed whatsoever but was able to keep going ok. Right leg seized up a bit at the end.

Evening run up Mount Taylor after dinner, a couple of beers and a wine. Much more fun than normal :)

Lunchtime run up Red Hill. It was 35 degrees, although a nice warm breeze kept it bearable. Wasn't trying to set the world alight today (that would've been quite irresponsible, given the weather conditions).

HFW with Tomas. He did some surges while I just plodded and caught him on the recoveries. Quite warm.

Gentle saunter around the wetlands. Lovely warm sunny day. Cleared a bit of snot out. Legs not too bad for first 20mins or so.
