Having been for a walk at Googong, Grace dropped me on Long Gully Road and I ran home via Wanniassa and Farrer.

Orienteering 27:30 [3] 5.4 km (5:06 / km)

Mt Taylor. Ran the Orange 1 course that had been used earlier in the day. Quite enjoyed it.

Running 38:30 [3] 7.6 km (5:04 / km)

From home to the start, then an extended run home from the finish via the top of Taylor and around the back.

Lunch run around Mill Creek oval and the wetlands. Started off as a steady but got faster as my average mpks teased me. I showed them.

Lunch run up Red Hill.

HFW a slightly new route along the Red Hill ridge and through more of Mugga than normal. It did mean crossing Hindmarsh in rush hour traffic though.
