More prerunning. Trying to push hard but stiff legs put a cap on my speed so didn't end up feeling very tired. Always get this way in Hobart for some reason.

Training course at Pittwater. Fantastic sanddune terrain and a good tricky course. Got into a good groove with a few techniques starting to come back to me. Still a couple of silly mistakes though. Had to skip a few controls so I could make it back in time to get to the Big Bash T20 match between Hobart Hurricanes and the Sydney Thunder.
