2 PM

Running 35:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:00 / km)

Nice drive from Jindabyne to Eden, then did a bit of a leg-stretchy run on the beach there, before a few short walks in the northern bit of Ben Boyd NP.

Running 1:37:00 [3] 13.0 km (7:28 / km)

Cracker run from Thredbo, up to Dead Horse Gap, straight up steeply to South Rams Head, across the moor to Rams Head, then across more moor to Eagles Nest. Run of the year so far - so good to be free to cut across open moorlands again. Bumped into a Brumby, which was nice. Uphill felt very tough and I struggled across the tussocks much more than I used to. Met Mum at Eagles Nest, got changed, then walked up Kosci and back.

Running 58:00 [3] 12.0 km (4:50 / km)

Down in the Snowies with Mum and Morgan so went and saw the snowgums at Charlotte Pass before heading down to Jindy for the night. I then ducked out for a lovely run from the Thredbo River up to Sawpit Creek and back.

Running 39:00 [3] 9.0 km (4:20 / km)

Fairly swift ascent of Davo from home.

Orienteering race (Twilight - Stirling Ridge) 13:30 [5] 3.0 km (4:30 / km)

Slightly unorthodox course with the run-in being about 1/3 of it. Was having a decent run til then, but got all complacent and somehow managed to drift way off right at the end dropping about 1min. Oh well, good training like.

Orienteering warm up/down 8:00 [2] 2.0 km (4:00 / km)

(rest day)

Running 34:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:40 / km)

From Jenolan Caves, up a couple of quite steep paths for a bit (one of which was the six foot track) and back down again.
