Ran from Honeysuckle up to Deadman's Hill (added to my cairn) then up Booroomba Rocks and back. Some bushbashing in places. Hot - took my Camelbak. Legs feeling very heavy.

Ran the twilight course on Farrer from a coupla weeks ago having been at work most of the day. Fricken hot - I felt very jaded.

Did 3x4.20(ish) hill reps up Red Hill - legs quite wobbly by the end of the 3rd. Not feeling great though, definitely prefer training in the evening.

Anticipated being at work til pretty late tonight (I was right - 9pm) so did intervals at the XC track bright and early. 6x1km in 3.10-3.16. Not bad.

Did the 2.5km loop as a warm-up and a warm-down, plus some monkeying between reps.

Cruised round the street-o in Griffith/Narrabundah since it was just round the corner from home. Tricky course to find the best route - don't think I was very successful.

Short jog to and from the start with Gracie, and a bit of a warm-up jog with Craig who'd overeaten scones on a conference.
