Running 1:26:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Trabuco

Having a moderate, rather than a heavy, night on the beer seems to have cleared up my slight cold, so I headed out to Swinsty Reservoir and did a nice loop through Timble Ings, Askwith Moor (trig), Weston Moor (trig) and back up the valley. Kept a reasonable pace up without killing it.

Note
(rest day)

Dave's stag-do in Manchester. Personal highlights were watching Neil and Oli struggle with being in a shopping centre, and watching Mike and Dave do a half-pint downing race.

Running 33:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance 1024 - 2nd pair

Snuck out for a cruise round Meanwood, Hyde Park and back through the university at lunch time. Quite muggy but ok. Lots of dirty students about. Hints of a sore throat but being that I'm immune to colds, I'm not worried.

Cracking evening. Out Shadwell/Wike way but found a couple of new tracks to run along, one of which was utter shite. Hit the road at the end of it and sped along cursing my stinging legs for a bit before realising I was very tired so slowed down a bit.
