Hike hills 43:00 [3] 3.7 km (11:37 / km) +540m 6:43 / km

Hiked up the summit trail up to the 3rd road crossing. Snowline still pretty low - at about 800m.

Hike hills 27:00 [2] 3.7 km (7:18 / km)

Going downhill

Bike (MTB) 2:00:00 [3] 28.0 km (14.0 kph) +575m

On the road to the connector trail - still a bit of snow on it. Then sex on the beach, to Begbie falls and up the bluff trail. Across to quarry and back on the road. A bit greasy out there. Some of the trails also need some trail work as there was lots of winter deadfall to deal with.

Run 33:00 [2] 6.0 km (5:30 / km)

Along the greenbelt trails with the dog.

Note

Still raining and Lucas is still sick so skiing has been scratched. Went into the office today instead.

Hike hills 45:00 [3] +400m

Explored some new trails near the ski hill. Legs feel good - the running I've been doing looks to be paying off.

Note

Today was to be day one of a ski traverse from Roger's Pass to revelstoke. Unfortunately Lucas is sick and the weather is crap. hopefully we can salvage things and at least do a mini traverse over the next few days. We'll see.

Swim 40:00 [3] 1.8 km (22:13 / km)

300 warm up, 200 drills, 800m free, 300 free intervals, 200 cool down

Hike hills 40:00 [3] +320m

Up and down Crowbar to the snow line.

Monday Apr 23, 2007 #

Bike (mtb) 45:00 [3] 16.0 km (21.3 kph) +90m

10km of singletrack on the greenbelt trails - fast and flowing. A bit of road to finish up.

Note

Flew back from Saskatoon today. Clear weather over the mountains allowed me to annoy Courtney with a constant commentary about mountains I recognized, what hut was in what valley, which towns I could see, etc.. Shockingly she wasn't too interested...

Run long 1:22:00 [2] 15.0 km (5:28 / km)

River Valley in Saskatoon.
