MTC Swim Warm up - 2 x (100 easy, 100 bk/br, 100 pull) Main - 4 x (100 easy, 100 build, 100 tempo, 100 fast, 4 x 25 IM & 100 pull) Cool down 3 x100 bk/assorted.
Never got my technique. Best 100 on 1:55. Core burnt out by the 3rd set. Last 100 on 1:58
