Awful swim. Technique poor. 200 m on 3:57, 500 on 10:40.

Okay but not great. 400s on 7:55 and 8:03, 100 on 1:55 to 1:58. Staring to get core strength back.

Speed was not great but keep times below 1:00 per 50. Best time - 100 on 1:51.
