Speed okay. 300 cruise on 6:00, 200 fast on 3:45, last 100 on 1:51. Lots of drafting early sets. Lead for the 2nd 300 on.

Swam a good 600 on 11:35. Final 200 on 3:51. Held speed well.

Okay, tempo swims on 1:55 to 1:59. Held pace. 1:56 on the last one.
