MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix - 3 x 50 kick, 10 x 25 drill, swim 3 x 150 pull, dps, 4 x 75 swim/fast Main - 600 cruise fast, 4 x 150 pull, 2 x 300 cruise fast 50 Cool Down.
Speed was good. Slight build on 600 to 11:35 finish cruise. 1st 300 on 6:06. 2nd 300 on 5:40. Technique is okay and core strength building.

Speed was okay, water was warm. 200 on 3:40 and 3:35. 100s on 1:45 to 1:53.

Speed was okay. 25m on 0:25, 50 on 0:52 to 0:55, 100 on 1:48 & 1:49. Held times for 2nd series but lost it on the 100 1:52.
