Light run after resting tight muscles. Went well though left glute is still tight.

Season ending tournament. We played well and won 3 games but lost in the consolation semi final to the eventual winner. By the end I had a solid right soleus and tight left glute.

Turkey Trot Long Course. Slow start and major mistake at the 4th and 5th controls. Strategy change at both resulted in errors.

Turkey Trot Middle Course: Interesting course! The start was longer legs with intricate trail sections. Made a mistake on CP 4 of about 1:00. Got ahead of myself and turned right one corner too early. Realized the mistake but took a longer route to the control. The last section was many controls with mountain bike trails galore. Good thing I am myopic so kitty cornering was easy as the map details were good.

Turkey Trot Sprint; Slow start, legs would not warm up. Mistake on CP 2. Pretty straight forward after that.

Last summer MTC swim. warm 200 mixed, 150 kick, 200 pull 12 x 50 (drill, drill, build, sprint) Main Set - 200pull, 200 fast, 200 pull, 2 x 100 fast, 200 pull, 4 x 50 fast, 200 pull, 8 x 25 fast. Cool down 200 mixed
Technique was all over the map. 200 on 4;05, 100 on 2:05. 50m on 0.55 to 1:00. 25 m on 0:25 to 0:30. Seemed fastest with dolphin kick though I did not feel fast.
