G'Day Samoa fun run - slower today. My tummy is not great...
Short Zumba warm up during which I didn't even break a sweat and no warm down. Now my legs and feet hurt a lot (but tummy feels a bit better).
running (warm up warm down) 15:00 [3] shoes: Mizuno
10 minutes up only 4.40 down, we were running late.
Intervals (Mona fartlek) 20:00 [4] shoes: Mizuno
Erica is sick so running has really dropped off this week. Ran along the sea wall with Cam this morning, everybody is practicing/training for the Fautasi race.
Half spin, half boxing - only Samoans would add boxing to a spin class. One track on the bike then get off and do some boxing, repeat a few times. We also did some good core work and stretching so I quite liked the class even though I had signed up for a spin class.
