bit better than yesterday, still, not up to scratch. still cant make myself navigate at that start, no matter how much swearing i do in the forest. i try to conserve my energy and end up not navigating, but when i turn on the afterburners near the end i always navigate perfectly. wtf!?!?!?!

bloody pissed at myself. how could my brain turn itself off like that? after a while i barely ran, hence the 3 intensity. so ashamed of myself.

feeling pretty tired. map was printed funny and there were lots of construction sites, so a bit funny. reading the map a bit better than in past times.

riding to the ints and back. had to shout my way through ignorant pro china supporters that clearly think their government is telling the truth. but its not their fault is it? how do we know ruddy boy isnt lying about inflation to steal our money?

ints at bilbys. i have absolutely no idea what time i diid it all in, but it was solid, and i dont think i could have fitted many more in before getting smashed. damn cold. the "v w" session, 650 metre effort, 100m recovery, did it seven times. was pretty solid on my feet, unlike other times when i seem to be totes unco when doing intervals

the old mega warm up/down with bilbys (why are all the clubs in the act named after lame animals?(yeah you heard me cockies, lets change our name to the australian capital terrorists)). run there and back, along with their little run, and all their drills and stretches.
