Intervals 5x about 550m, flat one big hairpin and another small twisty bit:
1:56, 1:49, 1:47, 1:48, 1:47
Was able to practice the drop step around the sharp bend, that we learnt last week. Rest was 1-2 mins (not entirely sure, but at least a minute)
