GO - Short Blue - Puttenham Common

Up from LG before xmas, no real problems from the ankle. Forest quite runnable, late start, many tracks, but not always helpful. Hills/terrain a bit of a shock to the system but pushed where I could.

Nav was rusty, generally a bit behind, got lucky a few times with people at most controls. No big mistakes though and direction/bearings pretty good.

Actual distance: 6.17 km (6:15 min/km)

General check up and loosen of hip and neck/back
Advice was to keep it simple, keep big toe, and hip flexors working well to offload ankle and continue to increase mileage
