Long run in the Chilterns with Ruth, mostly on the Ridgeway and Icknield Way paths. Nice route, easy pace, a few good climbs.

High Wycombe Parkrun

Wasn't sure how this would go, all recent training off road/track so no markers. Happy with the time. Felt easy for first 2km with lead 3 guys but had to back off a little after the steps (4th km). Pace pretty consistent and going strong at the end.

Evening run with Ruth from Bovingdon. Fine for 15mins but then started feeling dizzy again (like eve run last week) so walk/jogged back. Not sure of the cause. I run 'hungry' before lunch all the time...
