Early morning to test L calf. Been icing and massaging it and felt ok, but still a bit sore. Decided not to risk it at OK Nuts long race.

Went to go and do the TT but after 5 mins I got a really sharp pain in the back of my L calf. Came out of the blue, just jogging at ~5:30m/km along a flat path, a bit like cramp. No warning, didn't feel particularly tight or anything wrong after track on Tues. Walked and jogged it off and finished the loop. Sore for the rest of the day.
