Staying in range of home as a forecast storm threatened. Cyclepath Maximus with Jane to Roslyn, Musselburgh and back through Craigmillar. Then, a lap of the Seat and back as the rain began to fall

SOL at Errochty. Short Brown, just the 23 mins down. Made one biggish mistake of 3 mins, mainly clear otherwise, but just couldn't get through the terrain. It wasn't very rocky, or brashed, but ...
I kind of hoped that as I'dgot faster the balance might improve, but, well, no.

MPA Grangemouth Sprint. Fun course, easy but lots of decision points. Felt I ran well and was very clean, maybe lost 5sec misguessing which way to leave the start while looking for the triangle. Really enjoyed this session, worth the drive out in rush hour.

Felt pretty good tonight, and despite the dark ran fastest times for a long while
