Cycling 12:00 [3] 4.0 mi (3:00 / mi)

Indoors, because, reasons. Heart not in it.

Cycling 35:00 [3] 8.0 mi (4:22 / mi)

Round the Pentlands fail on a sunny cold day. Jane dropped me at Balerno en route to the orienteering at Riccarton, off down the A70 for a bit, then the back wheel got a bit soft. Bugger. Changed the tube with some effort and needed the tyre levers to get it back on. Dead. C'est ca. Walked back and called jane at international rescue.

Cycling 3:45:00 [3] 50.0 mi (4:30 / mi)

Long, steady initially contrived 9:45 group ride out through Fala, Humbie, Peaston, Saltoun and back via Gladsmuir/Musselburgh. Big group, at a pace where I felt happy dropping off and catching back up to taste.

Running 38:00 [4] 5.0 mi (7:36 / mi)

Intervals on the soft grass at liberton. Not a raging success. 200s in 45 55 46 52 46 52 46 52; uphill quite notable today! Then laps in 2:45 and 2:45. About 50 sec job recovery. Knee hit peak soreness midway through.

Cycling 55:00 [3] 12.0 mi (4:35 / mi)

Sneaky cheeky pre work 3 laps of Queens drive. Pushing the climbs, rolling down the descents on the brakes to keep pace with the cars. Even when everyone is in a queue doing 25, there's still some ***s who are obsessed with pushing past cyclists.

Running 9:00 [2] 1.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

In. Because.
