Saturday Nov 21, 2015 #

Cycling 2:15:00 [3] 40.0 mi (3:22 / mi)

Watch James XC at alloa, then cycle home via Tullibody, B-road to saline, Oakley, faffage in Dunfermline and the bridge approach, then nice sweep in o the cyclepath to Haymarket.

Nice, if cold day under blue skies with the Ochils dusted in snow.

Leaving out 20 mins faffing back around Haymarket and silly walking (frozen feet in cycling shoes - not a good combo) when I got benighted and the constabulary was much in evidence.

Surprisingly tired after I finished. Must be the cold.

Running warm up/down 12:00 [1] 1.0 mi (12:00 / mi)

Shuffling around Alloa, enough to be sure running is off the agenda for a while

Thursday Nov 19, 2015 #

Circuits 15:00 [2] 0.5 mi (29:59 / mi)

With James at home. Been a while and it felt like in with the situps and pressups.

Sunday Nov 15, 2015 #

Orienteering 6:00 [3] 0.7 mi (8:34 / mi)

Signed up ages ago to run the last leg of the Unis sprint relay at HW with J&J plus Ann Haley. Last leg. On Thursday it seemed like a very bad idea. By this morning it only seemed like a bad idea. At #6 the hamstring twanged and it became an extremely bad idea. Idiot.

Saturday Nov 14, 2015 #

With Jane, Innocent rlwy Fort, Newton Church (never been there!) back round the old ring road, then cyclepath to Loanhead/Esk and back. Nice.

Slightly longer than necessary jog home. Lurg clearing up, though with a tad of thigh strain.

Monday Nov 9, 2015 #

Running 10:00 [3] 1.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Home. Lurged and dizzy. The weather is pish so its a great time to be ill, and to be lecturing water/gas phase coexistence.

Sunday Nov 8, 2015 #

Orienteering 1:00:00 [1] 2.0 mi (30:00 / mi)

Livingston can truly delightful in the Spring. Today was November, it was pissing down, and it was not. Some survey for the forthcoming INT-UKUL which I'm planning. Not to be confused with the upcoming FVO-UKUL which I'm controlling. Any literate
people out there able to be forthcoming with information about the forth/up difference?

Still feeling meh, but at least in an urban are the Peelistic survey from the carpark technique is legitimate!

Saturday Nov 7, 2015 #
