Severe case of food poisoning yesterday arvo. managed 4hrs sleep through the night with the hot and cold flushes. Just when i got the go ahead and try a light run from the physio fri night this is what happens.
All i wanted was a nice qiuet weekend to recover. Managed to eat 2 pieces of toast late this arvo. First piece of food since fri night
