Rode the floreat group ride this morning with Tooms and Eoin. Managed to stay off the front today and enjoy the ride from mid pack. Felt flat all the way to port beach only to discover i had riddent the whole way in the big chainring! Managed to stay on virtually all the way to christchurch and then rode well to stay with the pack for the final sprint. Rode with Tooms back to floreat where i managed to grab a draft behind a truck on the mini hill past our old house in brookdale st.
Got a phonecall from Tooms whilst in the floreat carpark loading my bike on. Thought he had an accident so was expecting the worst only to discover he had got a draft off the same truck up empire ave!!
