Orienteering race 1:17:11 [4] **** 6.9 km (11:11 / km) +235m 9:33 / km

Ran Red early before helping at finish at MASOC. Navigation was intentionally careful and therefore no big mistakes. Damp day and glasses were generally OK--cat crap seems to work.
Ankle felt OK (not yet good) on very rocky course. Then I was home carrying some rock salt bags and the left nakle seemed to give way. No swelling, but more 'internal' pain. I hope I didn't bust up some cartlege.

Longer than usual lately. Felt *really* bad--stiff and sore all over. I hope I'm not coming down with swine flu... In prep for rogaine, walked 2 minutes out of every 15. Right hip is particularly sore/tight.

shoes: Montrail Highlander

First time doing anything besides short walks since rolling ankle at WP. Being out of it only compounded un-April heat (~90). And pretty sloppy navigating to boot. First couple controls were probably the worst--need to find way of getting better focus before starting.
