Some worrisome aches in the left knee after the 2-day event. Taking a day off.

Second day of A event. Again--most controls not too bad with a couple seriously bad route choices. Didn't realize till after I finished I was wearing the wrong glasses--no wonder I had trouble reading the map...

Foxchaser - Ran clean but carefully except for three controls in a row near the end. What was I thinking... Still not planning very well--lots of last minute decisions/changes.

Bollnger + Lewis loop. 54:00, which is pretty slow, but I spent little time on the hard surfaces--more like 'gutter hopping' to try to encourage more economical form on rough terrain
