Note
18 holes disk golf at Cross Farms. Big improvement over previous time here - mostly due to better drives. Several pars and one birdie.

Fred Warren Road Race #47. Unable to run this year because of the nagging achilles problem. Rode the course on my bike taking some video before during and after. Shortened course due to road construction for the first time since the race began. Great to visit with The Coach and his family as usual.
