orienteering race 2:52:29 [4] 12.04 km (14:19 / km)

Goat event at Trout Brook Valley set by Joe B. Ran with Rick Dewitt and George Walker until they lost me on the way to 9. Alone for the rest of the race. Got slower as the race progressed. Uphill to 12 was painful. Had a few problems in the circle (especially at 13) but most nav was just fine.
