Easy pace at Nathan Hale SF, includes some running in terrain and one lengthy pause to deal with getting around two horsewomen and their pack of dogs. I felt like a fox at a fox hunt.
Drove Bonnie to and from Hyannis for her first half marathon in years. Bad weather showed up later than forecast - just a few sprinkles during her final mile. 1:57 was somewhat faster than her goal. Nice flat course. Ran into Terry Keegan while waiting near the finish. He ran the 10k and won the 70+ category. He was the only one.
Drove home through downpour and heavy snow for the last 20 miles.

Late afternoon hike in Liberty Croft in mix of rain/snow.
To and through Liberty Croft with stops to take a few pictures and talk to some neighbors. Both confirmed fisher sightings this winter. Good to know they're still around.
South from Riverside Park along the river and up to Constitution Plaza and back on lunch break. Temp in the low 50's and sunny. Lots of walkers and some runners out. I hate not being able get away to run on a day like today.
Snowmobile trails in Nipmuck SF in Ashford. West to east through the laurel sanctuary. Sharp pain in right calf stopped the run again. Tried to restart after stretching but no good.
Bushwhacking through Liberty Croft woods with only the moon for light. Plenty of light to see all the low hanging branches and could even make out the animal tracks in the snow. Temp in the low teens, but had to remove gloves to cool off.
