Palšinis. LTU championship H21B final. No big mistakes - total ~2'40". "Медлено но уверено". Positive experience.

Pūstalaukis. My back still hurts, but not so much when i am running or cycling. Walking and sitting are the worst. I have switched North and South while running in the swamp and was completely lost after this. I was lost for ~30min and it was fun (i think it could be side-effect of the painkillers that i am drinking now). I think have switched N/S a few more times, because i could not get out of that swamp:)

It will be a rest week, because my back hurts bad. I had a plan to go to Merkys marathon next Saturday, but i think 3h of intense rowing will be bad for my back... So maybe i will prefer running qualification course for Lithuanian orienteering championship (middle course). Finals will be next Sunday.
