Kauno estafetes. Ziezmariai.
Sakyciau tiksliausiai subegta trasa per mano 7 metus begiojimo. Padariau 4 klaidas: i 1kp begau paskui banda, ne paciu optimaliausiu marsrutu. 8kp nubegau per daug i desine +15s, i parodomaji reikejo kirsti pieva anksciau +15s, imdamas 13 kp is kaires slaitu per daug nusileidau +30s.
Bet paciu begimu nesu labai patenkintas ir pulsas kaip tokiam tempui buvo kiek aukstokas. Tad arba dvi poilsio dienos buvo per daug arba ryte truputi skaudejusi gerkle padare savo.

Baltoji voke. Gal ir nereikejo begti. Pradzia buvo puse velnio, bet 5kp kazkas perluzo mano savijautoje ir greitis krito, Ciambas pradejo tolti akyse. Dar 12kp padariau didele kliurka, bet salia isdygo Linas su Andrium, kas paskatino begti toliau. I antra rata isbegau paskui Lina, bet i 3kp jis padare klaida ir jau nebesugebejo manes aplenkti, nors as jau visiskai nebepasivilkau, o ir begau neitin svariai. Po finiso galvojau, kad numirsiu...
G3:10,3km, HR rode zarnyno susitraukimo dazni, turbut todel toks didelis(begen i 1kp nukrito ant bambos)
