Orange course at Mendon, with Cheryl and Hanna. Cheryl did 95% of the navigation. I'm still unable to run due to the bandage on my lower right arm, which I need to avoid getting sweaty. A few grumbles from Cheryl about certain aspects of the course ... otherwise OK, just slow. We were 2nd to last when we left, plus ahead of someone who DNF'd.

Walking (Dog walk) 1:49:00 [1] 4.56 mi (23:54 / mi) +99ft 23:25 / mi
shoes: Hoka Conquest

First course setting outing for the map adventure. With Hanna. I'm out of action as far as pickleball or running go for a short while, as I had a minor operation on my right wrist to remove the metal plate that was put in when I broke my wrist about 3.5 years ago. It's bandaged up pretty well so I can't really do anything that will make me perspire, until the bandage comes off to hopefully be replaced with bandages I can take off and then put on by myself.

Covered the eastern part of downtown and the area just east of the former inner loop.

Running (With Hanna) 36:39 [3] 3.95 mi (9:17 / mi) +10ft 9:15 / mi
shoes: Hoka Conquest 2

First time in a number of days that the weather hasn't been terrible for running. As it was, it wasn't great -- mid 30's with a decent wind from the west, which I was hardly aware of when I was running east, but sure was apparent when I was running into it.

AP said 76 feet of climb which is pretty outlandish. I modified it to 10 feet.
