JWOC Middle Distance Prep Race. Worst race in years, no joke at all. Took 71min on a course that should have taken 40min. Yikes! Just lost focus, lost contact and then just could find myself. After a 25min control, I couldn't get my head back into the game

First real run in a while. Pushed semi hard on the treadmill. Ran in my sneakers. All my muscle feeling good.

Solid O session at Mt. Mac. Two long legs out to the far side of the map and then some short legs out there. Focused on rout choice

Note

Still sick. Wicked cough. Muscle in my left leg still hurts when I put upwrad pressure on it. Trying to be positive but all this sickness and injuuries are really starting to be a pain. Uhhhhhh...... I want to train more then anything right now
