A really nice but really hot run from down town Parry Sound to my grandparents place. Did a 2.5km section of trail and running on rocks and then the rest of the run was on pavement. Every once and while I did short fast paced pulses to keep my blood pumping and to make things more dynamic.

Good quality run in Parry Sound. Ran at a good pace and then every couple 100m or so I would increase my tempo for about 50m and then slow back down. Just tried to make the run a bit more dynamic.

First run out since COCs. Im still a bit congested and tired but feeling ok for running. Did a good fasted paced run around my grandparents place in Parry Sound. Missed the road I was suppose to go down so I ended up running through the woods and over some rocks for a little bit.
