First real training in a while. Felt pretty good but was surprisingly slow. Its amazing how not training for a month and a half can really slow you down. Ill get back into it soon though.
Ran at 8.4mph for full 22min. 1% grade for first ten, 2% for second ten, and then 0% for last two minutes.

Warm up and down, stretch, wall squats, and upper body workout.
Afterwards i went down to the pool and held my breath for 2min which I'm pretty proud of...Although I didnt count that for training.
