Wow, I dont really understand. I felt SOOO strong today. I had to be at singing lessons by 6pm so I decided to do a shorter 15min run at 9mph at 1% grade. After 5min I felt I was going to slow so I pumped it up to 9.5mph and then on the last minute I pushed it up to 10mph. When I finished I got off and felt great, as if I could do it all again. I wasn't even breathing hard. This experience really has busted my confidence. Maybe its the Udo's Oil I've been taking. :)
